
Case Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing direct support to survivors of domestic violence, helping them navigate their journey towards safety and empowerment.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and psychosocial support to clients
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized support plans
- Coordinate referrals to internal and external services
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and ethical case documentation
- Provide follow-up and after-care support to clients
- Support the preparation and delivery of GBV-related workshops, trainings, and awareness activities
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision
- Contribute to data collection and reporting
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or relevant training in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
Experience working with vulnerable populations (GBV experience is an asset).
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work confidentially, ethically, and with sensitivity. Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Language Skills
Fluency in Papiamento, Spanish, English, and Dutch.
