Program Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of FCVR programs. You will play a key role in driving our mission forward through leadership, collaboration, and strategic program oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, implementation, and coordination of FCVR programs
- Supervise and support program staff
- Ensure program quality and compliance with donor and organizational requirements
- Lead monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Manage timelines and budgets in collaboration with finance staff
- Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders and community organizations
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in program management. Experience in GBV, social services, or nonprofit programs preferred. Experience with donor-funded projects is an asset.
Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Language Skills
Fluency in Papiamento and Dutch required; English and Spanish are assets.
